SCHOOL PROFILE
Beacon Heights has proudly served the Beverly community since 1953, with a major renovation completed in 1995. Our neighborhood is a mix of single-family homes and walk-up apartments near 118 Avenue, creating a vibrant and diverse community.
We are proud to support our families in various ways:
- Language Support: Our students identified as English as Additional Language learners receive targeted support to help them thrive.
- Specialized Learning: Our students benefit from Individual Program Plans tailored to meet their unique learning needs.
- Indigenous Representation: Our Elder, Kookum Ann supports Indigenous and Settler Students to understand and take pride in the traditions and cultures of our First Nations, Metis and Inuit Peoples.
Parental involvement is an essential part of Beacon Heights. Parents participate through virtual school council meetings, events, and volunteering in various ways, such as assisting in the library or accompanying students on field trips. Together, we create a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can succeed.
